Return To Sender Policy

Upon receiving an order back to our online office, customers will be notified within 3 business days. A notification will be sent via email, regarding receiving the package back. A refund will be given minus any shipping cost paid by the buyer or our company.

Verification and Shipping

When placing your order, please ensure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit or debit statement. In the event that your information (including your shipping address) does not match exactly what your credit or debit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we will need to cancel your order. If an order has a pending verification status for over 2 business days, then the card will be refunded the amount of the order and the order will be cancelled.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. If there is a problem with an item you received please contact us immediately upon delivery of your order.

Orders are shipped in 3-5 business days after payment has been processed if you pay through PayPal.
